Terms of Use

1. About CRASGO

CRASGO is a personal finance and budgeting application designed to help users organize and manage their personal financial information.

CRASGO may provide features for recording income and expenses, tracking payment and collection status, managing budgets, tracking installments and recurring payments, managing certain credit-card-related information, and generating financial reports.

CRASGO is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, investment firm, lender, accounting service, tax advisory service, or financial advisory service.

2. No Financial Advice

Information and calculations provided through CRASGO are intended solely to assist with personal financial organization. Nothing provided through CRASGO constitutes:

• investment advice;
• financial advice;
• credit advice;
• tax advice;
• accounting advice;
• legal advice; or
• portfolio management services.

Calculations and reports displayed by CRASGO may be based on information entered by the User and technical calculations performed by the Application.

Before making important financial decisions, you should independently verify relevant information with your bank, financial institution, or an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.

3. License to Use CRASGO

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable rules, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use CRASGO for personal and lawful purposes on compatible Apple devices that you own or control.

This license does not transfer ownership of CRASGO, its source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights to you.

4. Apple App Store

CRASGO may be distributed through the Apple App Store.

These Terms are between the Developer and the User. Apple is not the developer or owner of CRASGO under these Terms.

Where CRASGO is obtained through the App Store, Apple's applicable App Store and Apple Media Services terms may also apply.

5. User Accounts

The current version of CRASGO does not operate a centralized CRASGO account system using a CRASGO-specific username and password.

You do not need to create a separate CRASGO account to use the Application.

Where iCloud/CloudKit features are used, your Apple account and Apple's related services may be involved.

6. User-Entered Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of information you enter into CRASGO. Such information may include:

• income;
• expenses;
• payments;
• collections;
• budgets;
• installments;
• card-related information;
• dates;
• amounts;
• currencies; and
• categories.

CRASGO does not independently verify the accuracy of financial information entered by the User.

Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information may result in inaccurate calculations, reports, or reminders.

7. Banking and Card Information

CRASGO is not designed for entering your bank account password, online banking credentials, card PIN, CVV/CVC code, or full payment card number.

Credit card management features may include information such as a card name or nickname, statement date, payment due date, limit, and installment information.

CRASGO does not connect to your bank account and does not perform financial transactions on behalf of your bank.

8. Local Data Storage

CRASGO is designed around a local-first architecture.

User-created financial records may be stored locally on the device.

Under CRASGO's current architecture, CRASGO does not operate a centralized financial user database for the purpose of collecting users' financial records.

9. iCloud and CloudKit

CRASGO may support synchronization of application data using Apple's iCloud/CloudKit infrastructure.

Where iCloud is available, data may be synchronized within the Private CloudKit Database associated with your Apple account.

Availability depends on your Apple account, device and iCloud settings, network connection, and the availability of Apple's services.

CRASGO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of iCloud or CloudKit.

10. Face ID and Touch ID

CRASGO may use biometric authentication features provided by Apple, such as Face ID or Touch ID, to help protect access to the Application.

Biometric authentication is performed by Apple's operating system.

CRASGO does not access or store your biometric templates in a CRASGO-controlled database.

11. Receipt Scanning and OCR

CRASGO may use Apple Vision/OCR technologies to help recognize information contained in receipts or documents.

OCR results may not always be completely accurate. Accuracy may be affected by image quality, lighting, document layout, typography, and other technical conditions.

You should review information generated through OCR before saving or relying on it.

12. Exchange Rates

CRASGO may retrieve exchange-rate information from external services for certain features.

Displayed rates may be delayed, incomplete, or different from rates provided by other sources.

Exchange-rate information displayed by CRASGO should not be treated as an official accounting rate, bank rate, or investment recommendation.

You should independently verify applicable rates before important financial transactions.

13. Widgets and System Features

CRASGO may use WidgetKit, App Intents, and other supported iOS features.

As a result, certain financial information may be displayed on the Home Screen, Lock Screen, or other Apple system surfaces.

If other people may see or use your device, you are responsible for configuring the relevant iOS privacy settings appropriately.

14. Notifications

CRASGO may provide local notifications for payments or other financial events.

Notifications may contain financial information such as a payment name, amount, card name, or date.

CRASGO should not be used as the sole mechanism for tracking important payments or payment deadlines.

Where a missed payment could result in interest, penalties, fees, or other financial consequences, you should also verify the relevant information through your bank or financial institution.

15. Data Export

CRASGO may support exporting certain records in formats such as CSV or PDF.

You decide which application or service receives an exported file.

After you share an exported file with a third-party application or service, that third party's own privacy and security practices apply.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• use CRASGO for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to bypass its security mechanisms;
• attempt to obtain unauthorized access;
• intentionally interfere with normal operation of the Application;
• attempt to extract source code or reverse engineer CRASGO except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense CRASGO without authorization;
• use CRASGO's trademarks or design elements commercially without authorization; or
• use CRASGO in a manner that infringes the rights of another person.

Uses expressly permitted by applicable mandatory law remain unaffected.

17. Intellectual Property

Rights in the CRASGO software, design, user interface, graphics, logos, branding, text, and other materials belong to their respective rights holders.

Using CRASGO does not transfer these intellectual property rights to the User.

Third-party or open-source components may be subject to their respective license terms.

18. Third-Party Services

Certain CRASGO features may depend on services provided by Apple or other third parties.

These may include iCloud/CloudKit, Apple Vision, LocalAuthentication, system sharing features, and exchange-rate providers.

The availability or uninterrupted operation of such services may be outside CRASGO's control.

19. Changes to the Service

CRASGO may change over time.

Features may be added, modified, or removed, and technical requirements may change.

CRASGO does not guarantee that every future version of the Application will retain every currently available feature.

20. Service Availability

CRASGO is not guaranteed to operate continuously or without errors.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to device issues, operating system changes, network connectivity, Apple services, iCloud/CloudKit, third-party services, or other technical circumstances.

21. Data Loss and Backups

You are encouraged to take reasonable measures to protect and, where appropriate, maintain copies of important financial records.

iCloud/CloudKit synchronization should not be treated as an independent and guaranteed backup service.

Where supported by CRASGO, exporting important records as CSV or PDF may provide an additional user-controlled copy.

22. Limitation of Liability

CRASGO is a software tool intended to assist with personal financial management. CRASGO is not:

• a bank;
• a payment institution;
• a financial adviser;
• an investment adviser;
• an accountant; or
• a tax adviser.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, financial decisions made based on information displayed through CRASGO remain the responsibility of the User.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or other mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

23. Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CRASGO is provided "as is" and "as available."

CRASGO does not guarantee that the Application will always operate without errors, that every calculation will be accurate in every circumstance, that OCR results will always be correct, or that third-party services will always remain available.

Any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

24. Paid Features and Future Subscriptions

CRASGO may offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions in the future.

If such features are introduced, applicable pricing, payment, automatic renewal, subscription management, cancellation, and refund information will be presented before purchase and will be subject to applicable App Store rules.

A subscription or paid feature that is not currently active does not become an existing service merely because these Terms refer to the possibility of offering it in the future.

25. Termination of Use

You may stop using CRASGO at any time. You may remove the Application from your device.

Removing the Application does not necessarily mean that data synchronized through iCloud/CloudKit will automatically be deleted in every circumstance.

26. Privacy

Information about how CRASGO processes personal information is provided in the CRASGO Privacy Policy.

A separate KVKK Information Notice is provided for users in Türkiye.

27. Governing Law

Subject to applicable mandatory laws and any non-waivable consumer protections available in the User's country of residence, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Nothing in this provision deprives consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of residence.

28. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as CRASGO's features, services, or legal requirements change.

Material changes may be communicated through the Application or website where appropriate or legally required.

The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document indicates the latest revision.
